Lean Manufacturing from Sidey
Sidey operates from a 100,000ft2 site, which allows comfortable space for our current activities, and gives Sidey massive scope for growth. Furthermore, Sidey are unique in the Scottish industry as the only exponents of lean manufacturing. This is a process where we pull products from the consumer end (demand), not pushed from the production end (supply).
Sidey currently covers the whole of the UK in terms of product delivery and our existing Fleet of Lorries and vans allow us to react to whatever your needs are for transportation and delivery.
We have over 200 delivery stillages that we have designed, with input from customers, and are unique to Sidey in our industry. Not only do they allow for safe delivery to site and transportation around site, but they also minimise the risk of damaging the finished products.
